Derricka is a 2023 graduate of The Ohio State University at Mansfield, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. After graduating, she put her passion for service into action at OHGO, a local nonprofit food pantry, gaining hands-on experience supporting and connecting with the community.

She joined Kocher & Barney in February 2025 and brings a strong sense of purpose, care, and attention to detail to her work. Derricka values meaningful connections, an appreciation that carries through everything she does professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and loved ones and shares life (and lots of personality) with three dachshunds and her boyfriend in Fremont, Ohio.
