Sami received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. While there, Sami served as an Articles Editor for the College of Law’s Law Review. She also served as Executive Citations Editor for Delta Theta Phi’s Adelphia Law Journal, where she published her own article titled: “Misguided Justice: Why Ohio Should Abolish Their Felony Murder Statute.” 

Sami graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in criminology and a minor in business, graduating magna cum laude. She decided to jump right into law school at University of Toledo, where she met her husband, Andy Nash, who is also an Attorney. She has a criminal law concentration with distinction from the University of Toledo Law School.

Sami and Andy live in Perrysburg with their big fluffy dog (Great Pyrenees). They both are foodies who regularly travel around to experience new cuisines.
